After being held against her will in a psychiatric hospital aged 21 because of a breakdown caused by a miscarriage, Judi Chamberlin dedicated her life to changing the way people looked at and treated those with mental health conditions. From organising Mad Pride to setting up centres to help people work through their trauma, she did it all.

Cornelia Sorabji was a person of many firsts, from first female lawyer in India to first woman to pass the bar at Oxford University. Apart from that, she was a massive fighter when it came to women's rights at home and abroad, and used her legal prowess to help those who needed it the most.

15 year old Claudette Colvin made history when she refused to give up her seat on a crowded Alabama bus - 9 months before Rosa Parks did the same thing. She sparked the Montgomery bus boycot which led to the end of segregation on city buses, but was essentially written out of history due to her age, skin colour, and the fact she was a teenage mother. This is her story.
